General questions
How many registrations can I make per order?
You can order a maximum of 3 of each route, dinner, and t-shirt per order.
I am registered, what happens now?
Cool! A PM will be sent out with more information. Don’t forget to book travel to/from Gotland and accommodation. This is not included in your registration.
Who can join the cycling routes
This year we have lowered the age limit to 16 years to participate in the race.
What rules apply to how my bike must be equipped?
Only on Fårörund are you allowed to have an electric bicycle. Check that your bike is fully functional, with fresh tires, working brakes and a bell. As we cycle during the day, no lights are needed. Triathlon handlebars and covered wheels are not permitted. Feel free to bring repair equipment for your bike, but we have some bike service in case something happens. Helmet is mandatory. All participants must follow the traffic rules, stop at stop signs and behave when driving in groups. In addition, there is a mandatory stop at each depot, we want you to come home full and satisfied.
I just want to ride one day, is that okay?
Yes, starting this year it is possible to register for one, two or three days. Choose which one(s) you want to join. If you want to cycle Saturday and Sunday, without joining the Gotland360-party on Saturday evening, you can register for these days separately, i.e. do not choose the Gotland360 package.
When does registration close?
Registration closes 30 days before the start of the event. Contact info@gotland360.se for later registration. Bookings can be made subject to availability, for an increased fee.
Can I sell my starting place?
No, your registration is personal and cannot be sold or given to anyone else. More information about cancellation in the FAQs as well as in the terms and conditions.
Can I cancel my starting place?
In case of cancellation by the participant earlier than 30 days before the start of the event, the following applies:
- For one-day events, we retain an administrative fee of 250 SEK per attendee.
- For two-day events, we retain an administrative fee of 500 SEK per attendee.
- Regardless of the number of booked events, the maximum administrative fee per attendee booking will be 500 SEK.
If you cancel later than 30 days before the start of the event, no refund will be issued.
Additionally, the following applies:
- For the cancellation of separate dinners, a fee of 150 SEK per dinner applies.
- For the cancellation of ordered T-shirts, a fee of 50 SEK per T-shirt applies.
If you cancel later than 30 days before the start of the event, no refund will be issued.

I have fallen ill or injured myself and cannot start - what do I do?
Check with your insurance what applies.
If you cancel earlier than 30 days before the start of the event, everything except SEK 500 will be refunded.
If you book later than 30 days before the start of the event, nothing will be refunded.
Can I collect a race bib for someone else?
Yes!
Where can I collect my race bib?
On Friday at the start of the Fårörund, down by the harbor in Fårösund from 8.30am . On Saturday and Sunday at the northern part of Visby Harbour, from 06.00 .
Where is the start?
The start is from Visby harbor at 08.00 both Saturday and Sunday.

What is the feast?
The party meal is appreciated by our participants! This year it will be held at Wisby Strand where a buffet will be laid out, drinks not included.
How do I deal with food preferences or allergies?
Enter it in your booking, if you have already registered and want to update food preferences or allergies, then email info@gotland360.se no later than 30 days before the start.
Travel & accommodation
How do I book the trip to Gotland?
Through Destination Gotland, you, your friends and your car get a slightly better price on the ticket. Contact Destination Gotland via 0771-22 33 50 or email and state that you are participating Gotland360.
Is accommodation included in the price?
No, accommodation is not included in the price of any of our races. Start and finish are in Visby.
Fårö Loop
Do you offer transport to Fårösund?
No. Transport to and from Fårö Loop needs to be solved on your own.
Where can I find parking in Fårösund?
There are parking spaces all around Fårösund’s community, but be there in good time.
Can I pick up my race bib in Fårösund?
Yes! Race bibs can be picked up in Fårösund harbor from 08.30 .
What time does the Fårö Loop start?
Start from Fårösund at 10.00 with a dedicated ferry. But you can take the regular ones that go at 09.30 and 10.30.
Where does the start go?
Fårösund ferry location, direct connection to the ferry that takes us over to Fårö.
Can I ride my electric bike on Fårö Loop?
Yes! But only on Fårö Loop.
